Fertility is the heart of my practice — I specialize in supporting individuals and couples through every stage of their journey to conceive, whether alone or alongside reproductive treatments. I also emphasize education and empowerment about our bodies and give lifestyle recommendations. My goal is to help you feel informed, empowered, and deeply supported every step of the way.

Reproductive health is so much more than just trying to conceive — and it’s a central part of my practice. I support patients in regulating their cycles, easing painful or heavy periods, and supporting PMS and PMDD symptoms. Using Chinese medicine, we look at the whole picture — not just symptoms — and support you in a way that’s sustainable and deeply personal. Pregnancy and postpartum care are core specialties in my practice. I support patients through every trimester — from easing nausea and fatigue in the first weeks to preparing the body for labor in the final stretch. After birth, I offer gentle, restorative treatments to support healing, balance hormones, and ease the transition into new parenthood. With Chinese medicine, we can address everything from sleep and mood to lactation, recovery, and emotional well-being — helping you feel cared for in a new season.
