Your first visit includes a thorough intake where we’ll talk about your health history, current concerns, and goals for treatment. We’ll use this time to create a personalized care plan tailored to your unique needs.
This session also includes your first acupuncture treatment, and may include other modalities like cupping, moxa, or lifestyle recommendations based on Chinese medicine. I offer initial appointments for fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, but also a general initial appointment for all other concerns!

Come as you are — I’ll guide you through everything.

Follow-up appointments build on your personalized treatment plan. We’ll check in on your progress and adjust as needed to support you. Each session includes acupuncture and may also include additional therapies (cupping, moxa, herbs, or acupressure homework) to support your goals.
These sessions are your time to rest, regulate, and be supported.
